Booking Policy

Client Information & Spa Policy – Please Read Before Your Visit
⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking time to complete your consultation or discuss any questions related to your treatment.
Allow 10 minutes after your session for aftercare advice or any additional questions you may have.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time, as we must stay on schedule for other clients.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking:

£10 deposit for treatments under £35

£20 deposit for treatments over £35, facials, or massage
The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your treatment or before arrival if you prefer.
Please pay your deposit online to confirm your appointment.
❌ Cancellation or postpone Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit, as we are unable to rebook that slot.
📵 Mobile Phone Policy
Please switch off or put your phone on silent mode during your treatment to ensure a relaxing environment for yourself and others.
👶 Children in the Spa
For safety and comfort:

We cannot take responsibility for young children in the spa room.

Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Medical Conditions
Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions or concerns when booking.
Some health conditions may be contraindicated for certain treatments, and we want to ensure your safety and comfort.

Please read our before and aftercare advice carefully to get the most benefit from your treatment and avoid any discomfort or adverse reactions.

Photo & Video Consent Notice
As part of your treatment — especially for facials treatment or certain types of massage(lymphatic & body lift massage )— I may request to take photos or videos to:

Showcase real outcomes with your permission
Consent can be given in two ways:

Written consent via the consultation form

Verbal consent on the day of your treatment
